FOR EMPLOYED APPLICANTS :

SET A

• Company ID (Front & Back)
• Primary Government issued ID (Front and back) With 3 specimen signatures
• 3 months latest payslip

SET B
(Required For IT/BPO/Call Center Industry)

• Company ID (Front & back)
• Primary Government issued ID (Front & back) With 3 specimen signatures
• 1 month latest payslip
• COE and Compensation

FOR BUSINESS OWNERS : 

Two valid government issued IDs 
Latest Income Tax Return with BIR Stamp
Latest Audited Financial Statements 
SEC/DTI Certificate of Business Registration
Business Permit/ Mayor's Permit
Latest six (6) months bank statements
List of 5 Suppliers and and 5 Customers with contact details
Latest General Information Sheet (if Corporation)

Please take note that Bank(s) may ask additional documents (if necessary) to substantiate loan approval. All applicants with incomplete information and lacking requirements will not be processed. Any alteration requires the full signature of the applicant. Upon approval, applicants will be required to issue post-dated checks for payment. Post-dated checks should be under the name of the borrower.
